Call center and bad attitude

My prepaid machine which eskom had supplied gives me problems every time I have to recharge my electricity. Which means I must call my service provider. When you call the call center you are met with people having conversations in the background and have a nerve to even put you on hold and finish their conversations.

Just today have called City Power 12 times and every time only a pre-recorded message is on. There is no help what so ever.

It's irritating because when they do eventually decide to answer your call, you will be promised a response time of Four hours max. Then they will call back 4 days later to ask you if you where helped. Even when the so called call out guy comes to help. He will tell you that the machines that are installed are a problem. I have reported these machine 4 times no one has ever came here to check it. When they do come out they tell you that they will send someone who is a specialist. I can count 3 so called specialists that came who did not even stay for 5minutes.

Now I have no electricity I do not know who to call. If I had a choice I would not be using eskom.
