Poor Customer service

I migrated to prepaid electricity in 2012 and can only buy electricity only at the Engen garage at the Boulders (Midrand), the other vendors are getting errors that all point back to Eskom. This has been reported to eskom several times and their staff keep promising to come back to me of which only few did and the rest never called me back as promised, I'm loosing money to call them on a weekly base. Eskom sent me an sms on the 30/04/2013 with ref no:93562948 stating that they're investigating and will let me know as soon as my query is resolved. When the Engen garage is offline then I can't buy electricity at all

List of Eskom staff I've spoken to:
Tumelo supervisor/manager: 03/06/2013: Never called back as promised
Tau (called me back)
Yanella: 20/05/2013 (Never called as peomised)
Obby (Called me back)
Sydwell manager/supervisor (I lost track of what he said
Benny to call after 6, but I had to try buy at pick n pay (He never called)
and others (I lost their names)

I don't know how much I lost in airtime value and petrol to the Engen garage which is not close to where I live.

This is not acceptable at all
