EasyFile is the worst programme I ever encountered. On the same PC sometimes one can Log-In after a few attempts, other times it takes up to 8 hours of constantly trying to Log-In and eventually one can get in. SARS is waisting the time of millions of taxpayers. EasyFile has no LINK to complain, the CALL CENTRES are totally useless and can only answer the simplest of queries. We know Java 7u any doesn't work Java 6 u 41/43 doesn't work only Java 6 u 6 will log you in sometimes after hours. SARS IS DENYING any problems and feeds you with. My company a SME has never had problems like this before. Trevor Manual made paying taxes a pleasure and easy. The new Finance Minister and Commissioner made it a nightmare again, like in the apartheid regime. Please both of you resign and get S.A. working again because at present we spent more time on getting our taxes paid than doing any business. Please Lord help us, we are on our knees.
