ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM A NIGHTMARE

To Whom can sort this out...

We opened an account with FNB 9 months ago with the intention of moving Business Banks from Standard Bank... We have had so much problems with your internet business banking that we are too afraid to move... this is ridiculous...

We have so many payment batches corrupting, We fields disappearing on the capture screens, disappearing,

We are locked out almost weekly at critical times due to JAVA, We have to constantly uninstall JAVA, Then Reinstall Java just to get into our bank account

We amend one item and then we are blocked in a myriad of other items and have to re-authorise everything, We have so many ghost batches just littering the system

We have payments going missing into paywallets, We have pay wallets corrupting, We have pay wallets not accepting passwords, We have pay wallets not working at all VISA outlets and machines

We now are too afraid to have our deposits made into our FNB account... so we might stay on with Standard Bank

You guys have got to sort this whole system out... it is beyond horrendous, I actually dread accessing my banking profile online and when I make payments I hold my breathe and say "Let see what happens
