Traffic Department
No answer for 2 weeks!!

I am horrified that our local Traffic Department has no people answering their telephones!!! I have tried calling them for 2 weeks now to find out if my drivers licence card has arrived and not one person will answeer that phone. It rings 8 hours a day, non-stop! I challegne anyone to call 041 506 1100 and 041 402 1000 and you will sit until you turn 800 years old!

You employ all sorts in your branch, in competent, non qualified people that sit right next to the phone, chomping away at their KFC, sandwiches and cooldrinks while the phones are ringing. When you walk in, every single soul is ALWAYS on lunch and always on tea.

Traffic Department Korsten, you disgust me! such lack of interest for your fellow person but yet its you that sit and earn a fat salary for chompuing KFC behind your desks all day!
