I phoned yesterday, the 11th of November 2024, to book Christmas lunch for the family. I spoke to Lerato, who was very helpful and understanding. I was happy with the communication with Lerato.
Today, I wanted to pay the deposit and find out if I can add one child who is 11 years old. The phone was answered by a man who was very unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I repeated what he was saying for my understanding. I explained that I was repeating because I wanted to be sure of what he was telling me. He then hung up the phone on me.
I called back because I wanted to add the child to my booking. The phone rang for a long time, and then someone answered by picking it up without speaking to me. I suppose it was the same man who hung up on me earlier.
Can somebody inform me what to do to add an extra child?
