I was in PNA cradle stone mall 3 Jan 2023 round 16H00. A PNA staff member was standing close to me and I asked him if he can assist as I could not find what I was looking for. As I explained to him what I wanted another staff member at the terminal called him, he turned around and walked away few steps as I was still speaking to him. They laughed and for some time I was standing there waiting for him to finish laughing with his colleague. I asked him if he is going to assist me or not. (I was in a hurry to go to Lanseria airport.). At the terminals I realised he was the supervisor (Name: Doctor).
Again I had to repeat my situation (I explained my situation before to the terminal operator and to the supervisor) as he did not listen to my explanation earlier when he was called to the terminals.
I mean is this the way to treat customers. I know pna was busy but that is no excuse. You don’t ignore a person when he is speaking to you. That’s just bad manners and disrespectful. If he told me he will be back, I would have gone to someone else but instead he makes jokes with his colleagues while I speaking to him. Is this the type of person you appoint as supervisor?
You don’t have to do anything about this, it’s up to you the management. I just wanted to inform you about it. I don’t want anybody to contact me regarding this. I will do my stationary shopping at waltons instead.
