I am a mother of three, who owns my own (VERY BUSY) company.
I have been to several stationary stores to get my kids text books and stationary required. It has been a terrible experience as I have trapsed all over to get what I need in bits.
I eventually went to PNA in Horison, and the lady (Donna) told me that she had 4 books I needed, but she would check her system to see where the others were. She discovered that Flora had all the books I needed.
She took it upon herself to call them and order the books.

Today, Rolene gathered all the books I needed and contacted me to collect them.
I cannot emphasise what lovely attitudes these ladies have (even though their stores are brimming with exhausted parents), and what an absolute pleasure they were to deal with.
I will, in future, not waste my time with other stores, and simply send all my requirements (not just kids, but for my business as well), so PNA.
Well done, PNA, your staff are an asset to your organisation, and clearly well managed.
