I got a bad service at khayalami pep home where by I went there to send a parcel to Mandini pep and I got my turn to be assisted by Ndivhuho and while we are about to finish the process then a lady by the name on Innocentia come and told me that I must wait aside as they want to help a white women who just come 20 minutes after me and they said I should go back to the till that they alleged is not working, and they did help a white lady before as they claimed she's a priority... After 5 minutes they told me that I should start over again as they helped white people, then I told them I want my refund and I also told them that I'll go to another store
