Being neglected

Hi my name is Baldwin Tshivhandekano. I bought a bus ticket on the 20th yesterday. From sibasa to Pretoria mamelodi. For me and my wife. When we get to Polokwane the driver told us to go to a different bus unfortunately all the busses got full before we can get in and he left us there by the side walk and one driver told us to get it and sit on the floor or they are going ti leave us stranded at Polokwane bus station. We got it the bus. And now as im writing im sitting on a 25 litters bucket but i paid for a sit. I am fucking angry i want action taken against these drivers. YVV800gp is the registration of the bus. The images below us me and my wife sitting on buckets. I won't let this one go until someone answer for this
