My name is Lynette Seekoei worked at Picknpay CBD.. I submitted a claim agaist my funeral policy (compulsory and Voluntary Claim) for my late father Freddy Browers ref no: wf01974547 on 13 January 2022 and still waiting today almost 2 weeks.. This is my 4th claim since 2005 and the same thing is happening everytime.. I am so dissapointed in Safrican for treatimg me like this... I had to borrow money from a loan shark to cover for the burial of my late father which was so embarrassing... You really put me through hell and I feel this policy is useless..
