RUBYBOX HAS NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've sent below enquiry 15 JANUARY 2012 AND I'M STILL AWAITING A REPLY

Firstly, I have come to expect nothing more from you than a 2 week wait before any query gets answered

I have not received 2 of my Rubyboxes for January yet.

Please advise as to when I will be receiving these.

I initially had 3 subscritions going off my account then I deceided to have 2 of these with the magazine offer. This called for me to cancel the 2 and re-apply for the offers incl. magazines
I now all of a sudden have 4 subscriptions and no magazines!

What is happening over there? Is it that hard to get your act together? I only want 3 subscriptions. 2 with magazines (1 Sarie and 1 Fair Lady) and 1 normal subscription.

Also, I ordered a " christmas gift" from your store way before the21st of December and opted for the "speedy delivery" option

I got the packages on the 31st of December. Now I might be off the mark but I didn't order it for December 2013. Please advise why this was not " speedily delivered" within 5 days as promised

I have received nothing but absolute shocking service from you guys since inception and for the last 12 months.

Please answer all my questions in the e-mail.
