DIE BURGER - NO DELIVERY: MEDIA 24 CONTRACT BREACH

Dear sirs, During December I subscribed online on the Media 24 My Subs site to receive the Rapport and Die Burger newspapers (printed edition) delivered to my door. I paid by Credit card and the first monthly debit went through on 16 Dec 2012. I have received the Rapport every Sunday since 23 Dec 2012, but unfortunately experienced ongoing interrupted service from Die Burger daily newspaper. Delivery started on 20 Dec 2012 and suddenly stopped on 27 Dec 2012. I contacted the Media 24 and On the Dot (Die Burger subscriptions) staff without success. I then contacted the editor, Mr Booyens and soon thereafter delivery started again on 5 January 2013 (after numerous emails to his staff) and again suddenly stopped last Saturday 12 January 2013. I again contacted Anthea Wildschut (Production Co-ordinator/Customer Support) who instructed Maxine, one of her staff members, to investigate and re-instate the delivery. Although Maxine phoned me and very friendly promised immediate action, unfortunately this morning (15 January 2012) there still was no paper. I am very disappointed and upset about the whole situation and wish to make it known that Media 24 did not honor our agreement.
