I am a subscriber to Media 24 Home delivery publications. The publications I'm subscribe to is. Beeld and Rapport. I have no problem with the beeld or the delivery of the products. The guy delivering my products is giving me a fantastic service. The problem occured with the finance. I was told by Danie (the delivery guy) that my account has been suspended since the 15th of December. I had the simular problem 2 months ago and told the person. please notify me when a payment need to be made or when there's a price increase. Infact i pay my account every month in advance to receive my newspaper Rapport every Sunday. I feel like canceling all other publication i have with Media 24. I also get the Huisgenoot, TV Plus and Sarie witch my daughter signed in for as a present to me. This is no longer a confinience to me, but problems, problems, problems. From what I understand my daughter has no problem with the payments of the magazines or the delivery.. Why do I as subscriber to Media 24 have to sort this out. Media24 is a BIG company, why can't they phone me or send me a letter?
