I took up a subscription in April with an offer for a free mens wallet. I am still waiting. I have called their call centre on numerous occasions with the promise that it will be escalated. I even reported the problem to their email address for subscription problems. I am getting no feedback. This is a joke!
After reporting the matter to HelloPeter in June I was called by the team leader, Colleen Sefatsa, who told me that they don't have stock and she will get me one within 14 days. It is now 2 moths later and I am still waiting. I am tired of this!!!
