I have a account issue with them. For opening a double subscription. Ever double I got (Issue 1 to 6, and binder) I returned via post. I was contected last week by there customer care telling me that they received issue 1 to 6 and will refund me that amount. Where I do have proof of this due that I have a recording app on my phone. Yesterday I phoned to find out whats going on, and I was told I 'll get refunded something in the R400, but they will call me for my backing details. No call!! When I cphoned today, defrent story from the manager. In the same call she said they did receive issue 1 to 6 but later said they didn't. The whole time making arrangments with me and promising me and not sticking to it. Well if this doesn't get sorted, I will be taking these recordings to the consumer act. They confermed in a recorded call they have issue 1 to 6. Witch I would like my money back for. The rest of them, I will be glad to first get my refund when they first reseive them. And one more thing, when you made a arrangment with a client, and afterword just say NO. Thats not on.
