TRUDON short-delivered Phone Books/Yellow Pages to our business when the new books became available (insufficient number for the quantity of extensions). At present, staff are running all over, and from floor to floor, to share the few available books. On telephonic enquiry, I was requested to put in a written order under the Company Logo for the quantity needed. I received immediate telephonic acknowledgement on this order on 8 February 2013 and was advised that the books would be delivered by the end of the following week. However 20 days passed without delivery and I followed up on 28 February per e-mail. In response I received a mail advising "Kindly be patient as the deliveries are underway". Now, almost two weeks further, no delivery realised and I am afraid I might get another idle promise.
