I wrote an email on the 1st of October last year (2012) asking about binders for your baked and delicious subscription that I subscribed to when it first started in South Africa (or thereabouts). It has now been over six months and I still don't have the binders. This is unacceptable! It's a subscription service, surely you could work out how many binders you needed? Also it is horrible to keep complaining to find out what is going on. If I didn't ask I would never have found out you were out of stock. And that was three months ago! What's going on?
