Ordered a cover and wireless Bluetooth keyboard the 29th Of Jan 2013.
WE'RE STILL WAITING, TWO MONTHS LATER!!!

12 Feb - Spoke to Clive to hear when we could expect delivery.
He said end Feb.

28 Feb - NO DELIVERY! Phoned again! Spoke to Clive again, he said 15March.

15 March - NO DELIVERY! Phoned again! Zulfa said the 25th of March.

26 March - NO DELIVERY! Spoke to Lunga, said she would phone back in 5min. NOTHING! WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR HER CALL BACK MORE THAN 7 HOURS LATER!!!
Phoned back, spoke to Ulrich. He said we could expect an email explaining before days end. Got an email telling us there is a delay (you don't say) and they will contact us as soon as they have more info.
IT'S HARD TO FATHOM HOW YOU COULD GIVE SUCH BAD SERVICE BY ACCIDENT!!! THIS IS CLEARLY A WELL OILED BAD SERVICE MACHINE, CHURNING OUT AND EMPTY PROMISES!!!
WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE ONE, THAT'S ONE!!! CALL FROM THEM,
PATHETIC!!!
