I have cancelled my contract in the beginning of Dec and recieved a cancellation letter but the payments is still going off. This is rediculous, how many payments will they still take and this after I have been phoning every month to cancel. Every time it is the same story, it is the last one, just to find out that at the end of the month another one goes off..I need this to stop now, 3 months I have been paying for nothing..I need them to refund me the last 2 as I did agree that the first one was the last of the subscription..
