Poor Service from Signout /Zappa studio

We used Zappa studio to make a decorative wall paper for our skylight.
The product was installed and unfortunately the was a suboptimal cosmetic appearance with wipe marks being visible between the wall paper and the skylight.

We contested this appearance and were told that the outside was dirty, we then had this cleaned with no improvement in result. At this stag I have phoned David Allen numerous times to ask for him to at least come out and look at the result. How can you diagnose what the result is without even coming out to look at it.

My issues with the service are:
1. Wall paper was installed without any supervision (so nobody at the Zappa office has seen the final result), yet they are unwilling to come out to sort it out.
2. Appointment was made by David Allen to be at our office (Thursday 28 Feb) - he did not pitch up and did not call to say he was not coming.
3. I called him the following day - he took my call and said he would call back, he has not done so to date.

We are prepared to pay for repairs if the outcome is due to our skylight issues however I cannot understand how a company can function if they choose to resolve issues in such a way?
