1200 characters are not nearly enough to lay out my complaint, however the long and short of it is as follows:
I ordered and paid for a block print from Zappa Graphics studio at Stoneridge on the 19th of December last year, it has since been sent for re-print about 4 times because it is incorrect, it is today the 13th of MAY (5 MONTHS LATER!!!) and I still do not have my block print AND they refuse to give me a refund???
I have spoken to the "boss" David Allen who just does not give a, he hasn't responded to a single one of my emails, and simply leaves his front line lady to deal with the heat. I have now asked for a refund, but was advised by Rachel that her "boss" does not give refunds. I was horrified at this response because at this stage I don't have a product and they won't refund which essentially means I've donated R225 rand to Zappa, I replied to Rachel who promised me she would get back to me, that was one the 24/04/2013. I'm still waiting...
I'm at a loss for words, I have been BEYOND patient re this matter and have just received no joy. At this stage Zappa are in breach of the National Credit Act. I was left with no option but to seek legal recourse.
