Every week without fail whether it once a week or a few times a week I need to telephone 'Subscriptions' and asked "Where is our newspaper is because it has not been delivered again? " This mostly happens on a Monday, like today and I am now beginning to wonder why on Mondays! Every time 'Subscriptions say "This is unacceptable, I will speak to the area manager and don't worry your account will be credited." I find absolutely NO POINT in having a subscription when I need to go out and buy The Star most of the time myself in any case because of no delivery; thankfully my account expires with you shortly.
