Incorrect billing no respon

I am currently subscribed to the sunday times.
1. When they introduced the times, it was free, when they started charging for it, I called in asked to cancel the time, 2 years later, I am still receiving the times.

2.Sometime in 2012, the subscription changed from R47-67 which is the pensioners rate that I subscribed for, to R78- and some cents. I called an enquired about this amount, nothing was done. I phone again on the 7th of February. I spoke to Gladys Mokhethi who asked me to send my statements, of which I did. No response came from her to this date. I phoned again this morning, 25 February and spoke to Thembiso who tried speaking to her and see what happend but she was apparently busy on another line.

I need this matter resolved urgently.
