Business Print PTA is a long time print company that has clearly lost its way and any appreciation it had for its clients who support them. I am a graphic artists who is in constant need of print work and used BP from time to time with my PTA clients. The service's were never over and above but this last incident is so unacceptable that i feel i have no choice but to warn potential clients just how poorly they might be treated. A quote was supplied on some business cards and flyers which was accepted and deposit paid, once they received the funds and artwork i i stated the deadline as the flyers were to be used for an event and made a point of noting the urgency of receiving them at that date (a Friday). On the day of delivery we received no print material and when i tried calling in the afternoon there was no answer or over the weekend (no one working). Monday morning BP emailed me saying there was an issue with the print run and would have to redo and could only deliver wed afternoon (once full payment was made) i suggest a discount to be given to the client & they declined so full payment was made one seeing a few samples of both jobs, Wednesday has now passed and no delivery.
