We logged a complaint with regards to inccorect payments received from Blue Lakes SA in JUNE... to date... no resolution has been reached and now no-one from Satinsky/Drive Car Sales / Blue Lakes / Just Group Africa will come back to us. We have sent multiple emails and logged complaints with the help desk... and now it is November and we are still sitting with the same problem of the company short paying us EVERY MONTH!
WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
We have also been in contact with Barnard Jooste (Head of Legal) who has yet to respond.
