Good Day,
I write this complaint after I called the Times media complaining about my non-delivery of my weekly newspapers in Week 50 in year 2013 from 09th December to 13 December 2013.I spoke to Fosi on the 8th January 2014 who promised to escalate it and give me feedback in 48 hours... but to this day nothing has been said and I must call them? The customer service here is really low and am being taken for granted even though they get their debit order fully with no hassles? I say!!!
