On the Dot (Media 24) Unacceptable service

We as a retail outlet receive our magazines from On the Dot (Media 24). The following is a breakdown of the unacceptable service we receive from this company.
1. We receive our magazines after 5pm on a Monday afternoon despite several requests to the branch manager port elizabeth (A. Kleinhans) to receive it earlier in the day.
2. No feedback or even a phonecall from the manager in response to our complaints
3. Extremely unhelpful driver who does nothing to improve our delivery schedule or even apologize. He in fact does not even respond to our complaint any more.
4. Change of payment schedule without informing the clients first. Seems like a practice where the client does not benefit because returns are not even credited two weeks later but we are expected to continue paying?
5. Phoned the branch and asked for the Regional Manager (Willie Rossouw) to phone us and no call received from him or anyone else at the branch for that matter.
There is a complete lack of service orientation from this company where us as the client receive's nothing but pacifying talks when WE PHONE THEM and no return phonecalls to give us feedback from anyone. An apathetic driver does not
