Poor service, poor quality goods

My brand new BMW 135 i started having problems within a month and 1000km on the odometer. The fault was that the car wouldn't start when the engine was at operating temperature. It started fine when the engine was cold but not when warm. This left me stuck at petrol stations and a number of times on the side of the road after having stopped on highway for traffic jam/accident or whatever. Car booked in at Helderview Bmw, advised of a 10 day to 2 week repair time. Am now sitting at 3 and a half weeks still without my car. Excuses about a closed parts warehouse in Germany. The rental car supplied to me by Bmw was a 320i which also broke down and needed replacement. Trouble is, I'm so disgusted with the poor service and quality of bmw that I don't want my car anymore, because, when will it break AGAIN? The time taken for parts delivery is RIDICULOUS. The replacement part could have been flown to SA within 24 hours, why does it take 3-4 weeks to get a part here? Is Bmw sending parts by ship or maybe by truck from Germany?
