No Rebate since August 2013

I purchased a vehicle from Blue lakes and they have on the contract that they will refund R570 every month as long as I send 2 photos of the vehicle between 1st-7th every month. I kept my end of the contract but they breached theirs. They also have not refunded my licence and number plates fees. I sent many complaint "tickets" and still no refunds. this is a breach of the contract so they should return my monies and I will return the vehicle. Please reply soon as I am very frustrated at their attitude towards us customers
