About two months ago, I received an error email stipulating that incoming emails cannot be received. I then removed messages from the email web-based server as advised in their help documents. But this did not help.
Naturally I requested technical assistance, but no response has been made to my plea. I have since been sending more requests for help, but still, no help.
Am I dealing with a company with zero integrity here?
