I am an online subscriber to Beeld and have been experiencing problems accessing the paper online. It's as if it doesn't recognize me and then doesn't allow me to read the articles.
I reported this via the only complaint channel, an email address on MONDAY already.By Thursday I called the paper again who apparently would have escalated the issue.By Friday I send another email, received the read report, and still no response!!!
I'm paying for something I am not getting! This is TERRIBLE service!!
