Beeld delivery not happening

We have been receiving Beeld for 25 years
On January 21 they stopped delivering the Beeld
On janury 22 I called and they said that our subscription had expired.
When I mentioned that I had paid on January 8, they checked and said my account was in credit of R3000
They would reinstate it on January 28
I was unhappy about that and wrote an email
They called me later the day and confirm that it would be delivered the next day, which happened
Up to there I was satisfied with their service
Then on january 29 they again stopped delivering
We called on january 30 and reported the problem
Until now it has not been resumed again and no one has contacted us
They mentioned that deliveries are done by "on the dot"
That is there problem as our contract is with Beeld
