I bought a car from the Satinsky Group of Companies in February 2013, a TATA INDICA. It has an advert at the back with terms and conditions of the advert. When the car was delivered to me I was signed to the first contract that they have of sending five picture of the car and speedo meter reading every month. In my first contract I signed, there was nowhere it stipulates that if I change to another contract I won't be able to go back to my first contract. When my car was delivered I was told by mouth that I can I always change to the new contract or go back to my first contract at any time.
When Charmaine called me to ask if I would like to change my contract to the new contract because many people were smsing using my code. Then I asked her if I would be able to go back to my first contract if the new contract doesn't work for me, she said YES. The new contract doesn't work for me and as promised that I can charge to my old contract at any time. I contacted them on their helpdesk. They said I can't go back to my old contract once it change.
I ask for your assistance regarding this matter, I have sent them so many emails but they are refusing to change it back.
