I had an order with Lizzard Printing. They completed the order and shipped it to me in Cape Town. The order was not as per my expectations (which i guess is what will always happen from time to time). Donovan went the extra mile to print extra copies and when his copies could not be couriered on time, he at his own expense got someone else to print them for me and get them to me.
It would have been better to have them done right first time - but if something does go wrong they went above and beyond to make it right!
