I want to have my subscription cancelled. i called them on the 20th May 2013 and was told it was sent through for processing it will take 22days i must check. I checked on the 24th June and was told they could see i spoke to someone but for some reason it was not cancelled, and this guy told me he will have his supervisors contact me as they are the ones who do cancellations. i called again today (27th June) cause i was not contacted and was told it was sent through to the supervisor and it hasn't been cancelled. i want this subscription cancelled as soon as possible and i will unfortunately not wait another 22days or however long its supposed to take.
