I was called by Vuyokazi Sandile for a subscription in May for Sunday Times. I used to have one about three years ago and I terminated it due to delivery problems. Vuyokazi offered me the subscription with all the background history and assured me that they do things differently in that they now deliver the paper themselves. I experienced the same problem in the first week they were supposed to deliver and since I have cancelled the subscription, I am being sent from pillar to post for my refund. I called the call centre for assistance for more than 5 times with no joy. When I ask for a supervisor; I am told they are all in a meeting. Can some one please help get my money back!
