Great Service

I collect the newspaper every year on my sons birthday. This year I slipped up and did not receive a delivery. I went from shop to shop and tried phoning for a back issue. I then sent a mail to Cathy who with in a couple of hours had one for me and she is sending a courier for the delivery. Thank you so much for going the extra mile other would just have said sorry we don't have (like most did). Thank you once again
