Not interrested to dplace ads???

For the past 3 months i try to place ads in the springs advertiser and brakpan heraut. every time i have to go to springs advertiser's offices because i either do not receive a reply on my e-mails or the e-mails i receive back is for adverts in eccess of R1500 per week
i want to place ads in the classifieds and do it at springs advertiser for - R100 per week. what is the use of having a e-mail service and online service if you are ripped of or ignored??? are you giving a service???
