Made Payment - No product received

I made a payment for a renewal of my Business Day Newspaper. The payment was made in November 2012 and I have not received 1 newspaper to this day! I have sent numerous emails but have had no response. I have phoned their call centre on 0860 262 626 but no-one ever answers and I am on hold for 10 minutes or more at a time.
They quickly send you an invoice but do not deliver the product and their service is non existing!
