POOR customer service and no refund

On the 30/31st of July 2013 i contacted Kegelfix about their product. I received a invoice and made a payment on the 3rd of August 2013. After countless delays ex. hold up at customs, delivery reschedules etc. i still have received no product. I asked for my money back and still no refund. It has almost been 3 months since i made the payment. It is always difficult to get a hold of them, either their emails bounce back or their phone number does not exist. I have even emailed the Kegel8 (the product) company in the UK.

I just want a refund.
