We submitted our documentation about a month ago, and was informed that everything was in order and payment will be made within 10 days. After numerous calls to the contact centre and visits to a few branches I have still not received payment. Heinrich Van Heerden, call centre manager, 0860 455 455 has promised to call us back on the 12th of August about this and process our payment as a priority payment. Yet we have still not heard from him or received the payment.
