Newspaper delivery service that does not delive

Paid R782.60 for delivery of Independant on Saturday and the Sunday Tribune on 16/04/2013 . To date I have had 2 deliveries of the Sunday Tribune and NO deliveries of the Independant on Saturday. I have phoned twice to get the service cancelled and reimbursed and also emailed twice still without my reimbursement. Nobody has had the decency to call me and even explain the problem or what the situation is. This is now typical of services across a broad spectrum of services in South Africa. Had enough
