I bought my Tata from bluelakes advertising company and when i took my vehicle in for the first time i told them my radio made a hissing noise and it does not pick up the stations. nothing was done, when i took my vehicle for the 15000km service i told them about the radio and i was told it is not part of the service, i send my complaint to Kugan Munsami and this person came back to say some company would contact me for assistance. it has been more than two weeks now and NO FEEDBACK. at the moment i am forced to listen to my cellphone music because the radio does not pick up my USB stick, it dies.
what am i supposed to do about the POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE?
