Im writing this review very disappointed with Vodacom in June i noticed an amount going off my account from vodacom when enquiring about it to my surprise i was told i have 2 contracts that i opened with Vodocom, They told me to send an email to the ***** department which i did on the 19 June and got an auto reply with a reference and that i will receive feedback within 7-14 days. Guess what no feedback has been received and Vodacom took my money again. I have indicated that i have a prepaid with Vodacom for more than 10 years now and do not wish for any contract with them. I currently do not even know the cellphone number im disputing
