I have had my learners license 2009, I am sick and tired of struggling with the traffic dept. I took the morning of work for the 4th time in two months to make an appointment for my license or to do my licence practical. The doors are supposed to open at 7:00am. I stood there from 6:45 to 7:45 until someone eventually opened the doors. We were able to go in at 8:00 and after standing 20min in the eye test line the learners writers started testing and no one further eye tests where being done. I am sick and tired of their attitudes when helping people, and dont even get me started on the testing! I have a question, how is it that they can drive BMWs, Mini Coopers and Golf GTi's with a clerk position? Fair question.
