I purchased a Ryobi Hedge Trimmer (RHT 550) a year ago and the motor burnt out with a month of using it. Stevens & Co arranged that I could receive a replacement unit. I have since had 3 replacement units as each time the motor burnt out within the guarantee period. This is a problematic unit and inconvenienced me as I had to go in an have it inspected and then swopped out. Eventually I got so frustrated that I asked for a cash refund and bought a competing hedge trimmer brand.
