I purchased a 152 cm Sertapedic vitality bed set from mattress king on the 23rd of June 2012, it was only picked up by us from mattress king warehouse on the 18th of September 2012 due to transport reasons.

The bed set was picked up by Mattress king on the 3rd of October 2012, pick up note 10175 with complaint number 7845.

Our complaints have not been attended to, it seems that the bed set was picked up and dropped off without it being rectified, there is no mention of what was wrong with it in the first place and what was done to rectify the problem.

This bed set is the most uncomfortable bed ever!

1. the springs make a noise when one gets on to the bed
2. the mattress is lumpy
3. One is unable to sleep on the side of the bed because you tend to slide to the center.
4. Our sleep at night is very tiring and disturbing, we wake up in the morning with pains on our neck, back and waist and we are tired instead of being vitalized.

Please exchange our base set with a good quality one.

Serta bed should live up to their slogan "We make the world's best Mattress"
