SA Post Office
Contents and no communication from SAPO

On the 9th of July 2012 I went to the Filidi Post Office in Vryheid and notified them that I wanted to post a Blackberry Storm 9530 Cellphone to Hibberdene. I then asked for advice on which type of envelope I should use. I then inserted the cellphone in front of the teller/consultant at the Post Office and then handed it to him. He weighed it and told me the amount to pay and offered me insurance which I accepted. After paying I left the package with him and he gave me the track and trace number which I then forwarded to my brother, Mr M.I. Nala in Hibberdene.

When my brother went to fetch the package he opened it and there was nothing inside except for 2 handkerchiefs, the Branch Manager of the Hibberdene Office can testify to this.

I am asking the post office to kindly pay my insurance claim as the package was insured.

It has now been almost 5 Months and the post office is not giving me any feedback, They are simply ignoring my insurance claim. The Parcel Tracking Number was: PA 384 763 263 ZA

I posted the above complaint last year in November and I have still not received any feedback on the investigation it has now been 10 months and still no payment received for my claim
