Pathetic service and inability to resolve problem

I purchased a Samsung 8.5kg Washer/Dryer Washing machine on the 5th July 2011 from Game.
The product comes standard with a 2 year warranty, and purchased an additional warranty for 2 years.

I've been encountering problems with the drying cycle and lodged a complaint early in December and was then assigned 3 technicians to see to the problem, yet the issue has not been resolved.

After following up with Samsung regarding the numerous callouts and no satisfaction, I was told that they have it on record that the technicians were only at my place twice, yet I recall 3 different technicians coming to my place on 5 occasions and STILL the problem is not solved.

Today, after yet another technician coming to my home, I discovered that my wash/spinning cycle is also problematic in addition to the drying cycle as a result of the numerous technicians working on the machine. Jeffrey could not, as a supervisor, provide us with a way forward with regard to resolution of the issues.

I am utterly disgusted at the service and demand a new machine or preferably a refund so that I dont have to deal with Samsung again in future!!!
